I had this camera for over a year, it was okay. Everyone was impressed with the flip screen & thought it was an expensive camera, which it isn't. But you get what you pay for. The picture quality is very poor & the video quality is not good, but it is okay if you just want something simple & don't care about quality. I have captured a few good shots with the camera, but they are few & far between. I always had to take about 20 shots to get one good one. It's not worth the trouble to tell you the truth. The MP3 option on it is completely not necessary, but I guess this is a camera for a teenager. Perfect for younger children, really easy to use. This camera also goes through batteries really fast. I think I spent more in the 1st year on batteries than on the camera itself. If you have a family, or a small child that is always moving in front of the camera, this is not the camera for you. There is a lag between the time you press the button to shoot the photo & when the camera actually snaps it. I've missed out on so many moments where my son was looking adorable because the camera took too long to take the shot. If you want to capture photos that you will cherish for a lifetime, do not buy this camera.

Ok, so this thing isnt the greatest camera in the world, but for $100 getting a picture camera, video camera, MP3 player and voice recorder all in one that fits in your pocket its not bad. sure you could buy the iphone and get all that, but that has some strings attached. as for my review of this. Pros: picture size, light weight, small, battery life Cons: Picture quality, menu set up, lens, LCD doesn't swivel, no flash control, LED video light is useless. Ok so there are more cons for me than there are pros, but remember its $100 and it does a whole bunch of stuff. i recommend this for kids and those of use that are adventurous (you dont want to break an expensive camera or bring too much gear. really i think this thing is great for hikers, all in one to get pix and jam out on the way.

Customer Review: Falls Apart !!!
Pros: 1. Light weight Cons: 1. Poorly made: - Within 24 hours of use, the zipper broke (the part that you pull on came off from the zipper track). I hammered the loose part onto the zipper myself to fix it (it was quicker than returning it). - Strap broke within about 3 weeks of use. The strap is attached by plastic hooks with a relatively thin wire clip securing the strap hook onto the bag handles (SEE THE PICTURES). The wire bent, came out of its holes and no longer secures the strap hook in place, leading to me dropping my laptop a few times, whenever the strap hook unhinges itself. - The zipper handle broke again, leading to me loosing the part after about 4 weeks of use. 2. I personally do not like the fact that the main laptop compartment opens up completely, 180 degrees rather than from the top only. This was especially aggravating when the zipper broke and everything inside could fall out.

It's what I expected. My laptop and the ac power pack fits inside the thin case. The case is about 18" wide. I wish that the extra zipped pack would open up completely, but it works for me.

Customer Review: Unreliable product
I bought this TV refurbished and it died less than 6 months later. A $25 diagnosis at the repair shop came up with $400 in repairs. The repair man also recommended against DVD/TV combos because they have a history of unreliability and tend to break easily. A call to Toshiba was fruitless except a "sorry it's out of warranty". If Toshiba had been more helpful I would have been more inclined to purchase another Toshiba TV without the combo but after their "we can't help you" service, I won't be giving them my business ever again. Stay away from this TV!
Customer Review: Broken twice with same problem within 8 months
I purchased this unti from Costco.com. When I first got this unit in February 2008, shortly afterwards the power wouldn't turn on and the DVD players' yellow light kept flashing. The Toshiba warranty service center took it to the repair shop and I had to wait for 1 month to get it back. They had to upgrade the firmware to make it work. The TV broke again the 2nd time in October 2008 with the same problem and the Toshiba warranty repair center took it to the shop on Nov. 6 (they only pick up/deliver the unit once a week on Thursdays) and they told me this time they have to replace a board and the parts won't be in until Nov. 24. They cannot repair it until they receive the parts. So I am still waiting here to get my TV back. My boyfriend and I called Toshiba customer service to see what options were available to exchange this "defective" unit, since it had broken with the same issue twice, we felt that the unit itself was defective, and therefore should be replaced not just repaired. The Toshiba service center would not do that, nor add an additional 1 year warranty to the unit as requested. The only compromise they would do is to extend the warranty for the duration of the repairs while the set was out of our hands. What if the unit breaks again the 3rd time with the same issue beyond the warranty period? Toshiba customer service told us that they don't even offer extended warranty for purchase. So if the unit broke again beyond the warranty period then I am out of luck. We're very disappointed on the Toshiba warranty policy.

Customer Review: Broke within two weeks and no refund or exchange
After recieving and installing the product, within two weeks it didn't work anymore. I called the seller and they said they cannot do anything and told me to call sony about the warrentee. Are you kidding me, it took almost two weeks to recieve the item from the date of purchse and within two weeks of use it went dead and they said they were not going to cover it because it was no longer cover within their warrentee. Do not buy from this seller. Buyers beware.

Well my husband is getting this new lamp for (his)tv , this will be his fathers day gift! By all means, until I can purchase another 70in sony or larger i would rather buy the new lamp than another tv right?
